M&A Accounting Integration - 10+ Years - Bengaluru/Pune
This role is responsible for leading the successful integration of newly acquired entities with respect to accounting functions. The position works closely with merger partners to understand existing systems and processes, leads the integration of accounting operations into a centralized accounting center, and ensures compliance with internal policies, controls, and timelines. The role partners cross-functionally to deliver accurate, timely, and efficient outcomes with strong customer service focus.
Location - Bengaluru/Pune - USA Shift.

Responsibilities - * Lead efforts to welcome and successfully integrate all new acquisition partners into centralized accounting functions within defined timelines and compliance requirements.

• Review due diligence reports and collaborate with internal teams to determine key pre-close and post-close priorities.
• Partner with operations to implement required accounting and process changes.
• Lead weekly accounting calls with acquisition partners and finance teams to track and drive integration progress.
• Facilitate meetings and manage deliverables related to specialized accounting and billing workflows identified during business process reviews.
• Establish checkpoints with accounting leadership to ensure readiness for go-live.

Requirements - * Qualified CA.

• Minimum 7-8 years of post M&A integration experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with relationship-building capability.
• Ability to motivate, influence, and adapt training approaches to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
