Hiring for Office 365 Support Engineer | Work from Office | Kochi, Kerala

Note: Graduate/ Post graduate with 1-2 years of Office 365 troubleshooting experience can apply.

Experience on Office 365 administration is mandatory

Remote and onsite user support and assistance Daily systems maintenance and performance checks Backup checks and remediation Desktop device installation, configuration and support Liaison with 3rd party vendors

Required Candidate profile

Must have hands on experience on Office 365 troubleshooting / Exchange Server / AD Azure.

Experience in a Level 1 IT Support role; Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, and applications, networking, general software and hardware, and Active Directory; Installation and configuration of PCs, thin clients, servers and network equipment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; A strong customer focused approach; A strong work ethic; A great team player; and A positive "can do" attitude.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
