Key responsibilities

Operate the M1TR milling machine for drilling, boring, and end milling operations. Interpret engineering drawings to understand the required specifications for parts. Set up the machine, including fixtures and tools, and make adjustments as needed. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to keep the machine in good working order. Monitor tool wear and make adjustments to maintain efficiency. Log operational data and report any issues to a supervisor. Adhere to company health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements.
Required skills and qualifications

Experience operating M1TR or similar DRO (Digital Readout) milling machines. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints. Proficiency with measuring tools like vernier calipers and micrometers. Familiarity with the processes of drilling, boring, and endmilling. Knowledge of GD&T symbols is often beneficial. An ITI qualification is frequently required. Experience in plastic mould knowledge can be a plus for some roles. M1TR operator - Pune - Forecad Technologies - 0 to 2
