Roles and Responsibilities:

Editorial Quality Oversight:

Ensures the publication of high-quality, well-reviewed, and reliable scholarly content across all journal issues.

Quality Control & Compliance:

Establishes and enforces rigorous quality control procedures to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of published materials.

Editorial Standards Development:

Creates and maintains editorial guidelines, style manuals, and best practices for consistent publishing excellence.

End-to-End Workflow Management:

Oversees the editorial process from manuscript submission to final publication, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Ethical Publishing Practices:

Upholds publishing ethics by conducting plagiarism checks, managing conflicts of interest, and ensuring transparency in the editorial process.

Manuscript Evaluation:

Assesses manuscripts for originality, scientific soundness, relevanc
