Role and Responsibilities:

Teaching and Curriculum Development: -

Deliver lectures and facilitate discussions on various topics in pharmacy, such as pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, clinical pharmacy, and pharmacy practice. Develop and update course syllabi, instructional materials, and assessments to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives. Utilize innovative teaching methods, technology, and active learning strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, including guidance on career paths and research opportunities.

Research and Scholarship: -

Conduct original research in areas related to pharmacy practice, drug development, pharmaceutical sciences, or other relevant fields. Publish research findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences. Collaborate with colleagues, industry partners, and healthcare professionals on research projects and grants. Stay abreast of emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in pharmacy through continuous professional development.

Service and Leadership: -

Participate in departmental, college, and university committees, meetings, and events. Contribute to the development and evaluation of the pharmacy program's curriculum, policies, and accreditation processes. Engage in community outreach activities, such as health fairs, educational programs, and collaborations with local healthcare organizations. Foster positive relationships with students, faculty, preceptors, and professionals within the pharmacy field.

Good Communication Skills

Qualification: M.Pharm from any reputed University

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Salary: Negotiable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
