What this job involves:

Leading on-site operations

Are you a pro at giving on-site support? Working with a team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll oversee the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property or facility. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also implement building procedures and performance measures\xe2\x80\x94and ensure that they are maintained at all times. Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes. This job will also entail the question \xe2\x80\x9cHow do I ensure the safety of my colleagues?\xe2\x80\x9d You will do this by promoting adherence to health and safety standards.

Winning our clients\xe2\x80\x99 trust

As the FE (Soft)/ Workplace co-ordinator you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working frequently with clients, so you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations are met each and every time. You will also be the go-to person for any facilities-related concerns.

Keeping an eye on budget and contracts

Do you have a solid background in finance management? As the person in charge, you will take care of the site\xe2\x80\x99s financial operations. Also part of your job is to coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and make sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract, and at the right cost.

Promoting teamwork across the board

Competent and goal-driven

Do you have three to five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of managing a property? If so, you will be a perfect fit for the role. Likewise, an experience in managing commercial contracts and budgets may just help you land this job. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also need to be a goal-oriented individual who\xe2\x80\x99s an ace in health and safety requirements, vendor management and property technical systems management

Organised and analytical

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a self-motivated and quick-thinking FE (Soft)/ Workplace co-ordinator who can solve problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches. Likewise, we\xe2\x80\x99re on the lookout for well-organised leaders who plan tasks in advance and constantly stay ahead of deadlines.

Engaging and professional

A passion for excellence is what makes a great FE (Soft)/ Workplace co-ordinator. We\xe2\x80\x99ll need someone who can do more than the bare minimum to meet our clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also be working with different kinds of people, so you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be an expert in handling them professionally. Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to effectively manage, train and inspire the team to always do better. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also need to take the time to listen to your people to create better work impact.
