Job Purpose

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Executive will play a key role in supporting the effectiveness and accountability of Nayi Disha's projects. This role is responsible for designing and implementing robust M&E systems to assess program impact, track progress against goals, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in data collection, verification, and entry for monitoring and evaluation activities. Conduct surveys, and interviews to assess program impact. Assist in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and generating reports. Maintain organized M&E databases and documentation for accurate record-keeping. Support the preparation of impact assessment reports, presentations, and dashboards. Coordinate with program teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection. Assist in identifying gaps and areas for improvement in program implementation.

Knowledge

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field. Experience working in the social sector, NGOs, or development projects Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods

Experience

1-3 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, or data analysis

Specific Skills

Basic knowledge of M&E methodologies, surveys, and impact assessments Proficiency in MS Excel is a must Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
