Work Experience



Designing low voltage secondary systems for power distribu on projects, including transformers,


switchgear, Marshalling, distribu on Board Control & Protec on panels


? U lize Engineering Base so!ware to design electrical control and protec on cubicles based on project


requirements and specifica ons.


? Develop general arrangement drawings (GA) and layout designs for cubicles ensuring compliance with


industry standards and client requirements.


? Expert-level knowledge in designing electrical schema cs for Protec on and Control Cubicles/Panels.


? Proven ability to design specialized protec on schemes including Current Transformer (CT) circuits,


Voltage Transformer (VT) circuits, Trip circuits (including TCS), Closing circuits, and overall protec on


circuits.


? Hands on experience with various digital/numerical protec on relays (e.g., Differen al, Distance,


Overcurrent) and their se6ng, logic, and applica on for different zones of protec on.


? Exper se in selec ng and specifying all panel components, including relays, auxiliary relays, control


switches, terminals, fuses, and circuit breakers.


? Collaborate with electrical engineers and project managers to understand project goals and integrate


technical requirements into the cubicle design.


? Conduct feasibility studies and propose design solu ons that op mize space, func onality, and


opera onal efficiency.


? Ensure designs adhere to safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements.


? Prepare bills of materials (BOM) and technical documenta on for cubicle designs.


? Clear understanding on the different Electrical component & its usage to u lize in the schema cs


? Well aware of the latest Electrical materials in the market to u lize & op mize the design


? Support the manufacturing and installa on teams during the produc on and assembly phases.


? Review and evaluate vendor proposals and technical submissions related to cubicle components.

Benefits



Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.


? Proven experience (8-12 years) in designing, developing, and implemen ng low voltage secondary


systems for power distribu on applica ons.


? Proficiency in Engineering Base so!ware for crea ng engineering drawings and schema cs including


Data base crea on, Catalogue crea on & stencils crea on etc


? Strong understanding of electrical principles, power distribu on fundamentals, and low voltage


equipment.


? Experience with protec ve relay coordina on, arc flash analysis, and fault current calcula ons.


? Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes such as IEC, NEC, IEEE, and NEMA.


? Project management skills and the ability to priori ze tasks to meet project deadlines.
