Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Subject Matter Expert to deliver exceptional brand knowledge, customer experience standards, and product expertise across luxury operations. The Luxury SME will ensure premium service delivery, brand consistency, and adherence to luxury retail and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject expert on luxury products, brand heritage, and premium service standards.
Guide teams on luxury selling techniques, clienteling, and customer engagement.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, grooming standards, and service protocols.
Support training programs on product knowledge, storytelling, and customer experience.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Assist in handling high-value clients and escalations professionally.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to maintain luxury positioning.
Audit store/hub/service quality and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with luxury market trends and competitor practices.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
