This role exists to
identify the right clients
, ensuring that only the
right clients, of the right profile, intent, and seriousness
, are introduced into the One Reserv ecosystem.
The individual will be entrusted with representing the founders' office in the market and is expected to operate with
absolute discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Client Identification & Origination
Proactively identify UHNI individuals, family offices, CXOs, and NRIs aligned with One Reserv India's positioning.
Leverage existing high-trust relationships and personal networks across India.
Operate selectively; volume is secondary to
quality and relevance
.
Client Qualification & Vetting
Conduct rigorous initial qualification to assess:
Financial capability
Intent and seriousness
Decision-making authority
Cultural and brand alignment with One Reserv India
Act as the first filter, ensuring founders engage only with
qualified, credible, and prepared clients
.
Client Warming & Relationship Management
Build rapport and trust prior to founder engagement.
Educate clients on One Reserv India's approach, standards, and expectations.
Set the tone for a professional engagement from the outset.
Leadership Handover
Prepare concise, accurate client briefs for the leadership.
Ensure seamless handover once the client is fully warmed and ready for closure discussions.
Maintain ownership of the relationship post-handover to ensure continuity and alignment.
Brand Representation
Represent One Reserv India with discretion and professionalism at all times.
Uphold the firm's reputation as a selective, and relationship-led.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients, conversations, and transactions as stated in NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).

Eligibility & Non-Negotiables
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum
3+ years
of experience in one or more of the following:
Private Banking / Wealth Management
Luxury Automotive
Private Aviation
High-end Concierge
Any UHNI Services
Demonstrable
existing UHNI relationships
Experience dealing directly with promoters, family offices, CXOs, or equivalent profiles
Strong judgment, maturity, and discretion
Behavioural Expectations
Absolute discretion and confidentiality are non-negotiable
Professionalism in communication, conduct, and presentation
Zero tolerance for misrepresentation, exaggeration, or shortcuts
Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
