The Luxury Sales Manager/ consultant (individual contributor role) is responsible for driving sales of premium and ultra-luxury real estate properties by managing high-net-worth clients, leading a sales team, and delivering exceptional client experiences. The role focuses on strategic sales planning, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets while upholding the brand's luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sales for luxury residential/commercial properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client requirements and offer tailored property solutions
Lead, train, and motivate the luxury sales team to achieve targets
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and private viewings
Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and finalize deals
Ensure superior customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle
Coordinate with marketing teams for luxury campaigns, events, and launches
Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data.
