The Opportunity
As our Luxury Homes Specialist you will be the face of Proppr for premium buyers and investors in Gurgaon. You'll own the entire sales funnel--from first contact to key-handover--while delivering a concierge-level experience rooted in data, technology and trust.
What you'll do
Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp and email enquiries for luxury listings
Qualify prospects, craft personalised site-visit plans and conduct showings
Present detailed market intel, pricing models and digital walk-throughs via Proppr Connect
Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and their advisors
Negotiate offers, coordinate paperwork and drive each deal to close
Capture every interaction in our CRM and hit weekly KPIs
Act as a subject-matter expert on Gurgaon's luxury micro-markets, new launches & resale stock
What makes you a fit
2-5 yrs success in luxury real-estate or premium consultative sales (auto, wealth, hospitality)
Proven track record of ?5 Cr+ ticket-size deals or equivalent relationship sales
Fluent English & Hindi; strong presentation and negotiation chops
Deep local knowledge of Golf Course Road, DLF 5, Southern Peripheral Road, etc.
Tech-savvy (CRM, Google Workspace, virtual tours) and data-oriented
