We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Luxury Sales Associate to manage day-to-day operations of our premium fitness center while also driving membership and package sales. The role requires a blend of front-desk management, customer service, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations and manage the overall client experience at the fitness center
Welcome and assist walk-in clients and existing members
Explain fitness packages, memberships, and services to customers
Convert walk-ins and enquiries into sales and memberships
Maintain client records and follow up with prospective customers
Ensure the facility is well-managed, organized, and presentable at all times
Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic issue resolution
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth daily operations
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
Sales mindset with a passion for luxury service and customer experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or fitness industry is a plus
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Comfortable working with targets and customer interaction
