Role & Responsibilities

Handle in-store showroom sales and attend walk-in customers with expert guidance on Gemstones, Birthstone Jewellery, Healing Crystals, and Astrological & Spiritual Items. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on purpose, belief, budget, and occasion Manage counter sales and deliver a premium luxury retail experience. Respond to customer enquiries from website, WhatsApp, calls, emails, and social media. Explain product details including features, benefits, pricing, and authenticity. Follow up on online leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales. Provide pre-sales consultation and after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and delivery. Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral sales. Support festive promotions, new launches, and high-value customer sales. Maintain basic customer records, follow-ups, and sales data.

Preferred candidate profile

Age: 24 to 35 years Location: Lajpat Nagar, South Delhi, New Delhi or nearby areas Strong Communication in English & Hindi Background in Luxury Retail, Jewellery, Lifestyle, Spiritual & Astrological Products, or E-Commerce Sales preferred. Experience in counter sales, showroom sales, or high-value product sales is an advantage. Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality. Sales-oriented mindset with ability to close leads. Interest or knowledge in gemstones, astrology or healing crystals (training can be provided as required). Comfortable handling both in-store and online customers.
