Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized and high-quality service to clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Demonstrate strong knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and collections
Assist clients with product selection, styling, and after-sales support
Handle transactions accurately and follow cash-handling procedures
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Support inventory management and stock control
Adhere to brand policies, procedures, and luxury service standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in
luxury retail or fine jewelry sales
preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
