About the Role

We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-focused

Luxury Sales Associate

to join our retail team in Mumbai. The role involves front-desk operations and direct sales engagement, where you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience and converting walk-in customers into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend walk-in customers at the front desk Understand customer preferences and requirements Explain product features, quality, pricing, and brand value clearly Provide a personalized and high-end customer experience Convert customer interactions into sales Maintain proper display and presentation of products Handle billing coordination and basic sales documentation Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to luxury retail standards
Eligibility & Qualifications

Graduation is

mandatory

(any stream) Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric mindset with a sales-oriented approach Presentable, confident, and well-groomed personality Willingness to work in a retail and customer-facing environment
Preferred Skills

Experience in luxury retail, premium brands, or showroom sales (preferred, not mandatory) Ability to handle high-value customers professionally Basic understanding of sales processes

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
