Key Responsibilities:



Greet and engage clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience. Understand customer preferences and provide tailored product recommendations. Drive sales by achieving individual and store targets through cross-selling and up-selling. Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently represent the brand and its values. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business. Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and aligned with brand standards. Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Support the store team in daily operations, including inventory and stock management.

Requirements:



Graduation is

mandatory

0-2 years

of experience in luxury retail or client servicing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality. Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets. Strong understanding of client relationship management in a premium retail environment. Flexibility to work on weekends and retail shifts.
