Key Responsibilities:

Understand clients' needs and provide expert advice on luxury products.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product lines, including features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
Ensure the boutique/store is always visually appealing and follows brand guidelines.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-profile clients through exceptional service and follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a customer-first approach.
Stay updated with fashion trends, new arrivals, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail sales or high-end customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale retail environment.
Knowledge of luxury fashion, accessories, or jewelry is a plus.
