Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in a professional and personalized manner. Provide expert product knowledge, styling advice, and luxury shopping experiences. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling and after-sales service. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism. Assist in maintaining the store's luxury ambiance, including visual merchandising and stock presentation. Keep updated on brand collections, trends, and product knowledge. Process transactions accurately while adhering to company policies. Support with store events, VIP client appointments, and promotions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or hospitality. Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Passion for luxury products, fashion, and lifestyle trends. Well-groomed with a professional and elegant appearance. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of luxury brands and clientele. Multilingual skills (English plus another language is a plus). Strong networking and clienteling ability.
