Job Summary:
As a Luxury Sales Executive, you will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our discerning clientele. You will leverage your in-depth product knowledge and sophisticated communication skills to build strong relationships, meet sales objectives, and uphold our brand's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales:
Greet and welcome clients, build rapport, and understand their unique needs to provide personalized recommendations and drive sales.
Product Expertise:
Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of our luxury products, features and market trends to guide clients effectively.
Sales Performance:
Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through strategic selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with colleagues to achieve collective sales goals and maintain a positive, collaborative culture.
Training & Development:
Actively participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and stay updated on industry advancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in luxury sales or a similar client-facing sales role is highly preferred.
Customer Service:
A proven track record of providing exceptional, personalized customer service with a passion for the luxury sector.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence high-end clientele.
Sales Acumen:
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing effective sales and relationship-building techniques.
Interpersonal Skills:
A professional, friendly, and positive demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
Adaptability:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline

Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
Understanding of luxury market dynamics and client expectations.
