Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Sales Executive
with prior experience in selling
luxury watches or premium/luxury items
. The candidate should possess excellent sales skills, a strong sense of grooming and presentation, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service to high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers, providing personalized assistance in selecting luxury watches.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge (features, styles, collections, and brand history).
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a premium customer experience.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and after-sales service.
Ensure the showroom floor is well-presented and merchandise is displayed attractively.
Assist in stock management, billing, and handling luxury watch care & warranty details.
Handle high-profile customers with professionalism, discretion, and trust.
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in selling
luxury watches, jewelry, or other premium luxury items
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
Ability to achieve sales targets and upsell/cross-sell premium products.
Passion for luxury products and customer service excellence.
