Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety regulations, security protocols, and customer service standards.
Maintain accurate financial records, including sales reports, cash handling, and expense tracking.
Ensure the efficient running of the day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, payroll, and administrative tasks.
Brand Representation and Networking:* Represent the brand at local luxury events, private client gatherings, and industry trade shows.
Foster relationships with interior designers, architects, and other partners to drive traffic and sales to the store.
Promote the brand's values and premium status within the local community.
Marketing and Promotions:* Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local store promotions, advertising, and social media campaigns.
Promote limited-edition or exclusive products to attract high-end clientele.
Encourage customer participation in loyalty programs and special offers that enhance brand loyalty.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management, ideally in luxury goods or high-end retail environments.
