Key Responsibilities:



Handle client requirements for

buying, selling, or leasing luxury residential and commercial properties

Conduct

site visits

property valuations

end-to-end deal closures

Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients, builders, developers, and channel partners

Stay updated on

luxury market trends

, pricing strategies, and high-end inventory developments Contribute to overall

business development

efforts and support the achievement of

team sales targets


Key Requirements:



Minimum

1.5 years of real estate broking experience

, preferably luxury real estate sales experience Proven track record in

high-value sales and negotiation

Experience managing

HNWI/UHNWI client relationships

with discretion and professionalism Excellent

communication and presentation skills

, tailored for premium clientele Proficiency in

CRM tools

and

MS Office

for efficient lead management and reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
