Role Overview



We're seeking a dynamic

Luxury Real Estate Advisor

to:

Showcase premium residential listings in Hyderabad Manage high-touch buyer visits and immersive property experiences Cultivate partnerships with luxury brands (e.g., Chanel, Gucci) Grow our premium buyer network (HNWI, lifestyle-driven investors) Close high-value deals through exceptional service and negotiation

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and market exclusive inventory in Hyderabad's prime localities (Hitech City, Madhapur, etc.) in.trabajo.org. Curate, execute, and oversee buyer visits--from walkthroughs to luxury touches. Initiate and manage co-branded collaborations with fashion/luxury houses. Source and nurture premium buyer leads; build long-lasting relationships. Drive full-cycle real estate transactions: valuations, marketing, site visits, negotiations, documentation, registration, and after-sales support in.trabajo.org+6yonah.in+6yonah.in+6.

What You Bring



Experience:



3-7 years in luxury real estate, premium hospitality, or luxury retail Proven track record with high-end clients and top-tier property sales

Skills & Attributes:



Excellent value-based negotiation & closing abilities Strong network in Hyderabad's luxury and real estate sectors Fluent in English + Telugu/Hindi Impeccable presentation, poise, and client servicing mindset Creative, proactive, and partnership-oriented attitude

Nice to Have:



Past projects with fashion or luxury brands Portfolio of transactions exceeding ?5 crore Event/partnership management experience
