We are now looking to expand our client outreach with a
dedicated sales team
that will represent our brand to prospective luxury home clients.
Role Overview
As a Luxury Interior Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role is to
showcase our design expertise, inspire confidence, and bring clients into our curated design experience journey.
You will introduce them to our past projects, mood boards, and 3D design concepts -- eventually guiding them to meetings with our senior design team.
This is not a typical sales role -- it's about
consulting, storytelling, and building trust with high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients (new homeowners, luxury apartment buyers, referrals, developer tie-ups).
Arrange client meetings at our design office and deliver curated presentations.
Showcase past projects, design concepts, mood boards, and our unique working methodology.
Understand client aspirations, budget range, and readiness, then qualify leads for the design team.
Follow up consistently and maintain relationships until project onboarding.
Maintain client database (CRM / Excel) with updates on inquiries and status.
Work closely with management and design team to align proposals with client expectations.
Candidate Profile
Education/Background:
Hotel management, luxury retail, real estate sales, premium car sales, or design/architecture graduates with strong communication skills.
Experience:
2-6 years in client-facing, consultative sales (luxury industry experience preferred).
Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English + Hindi/Gujarati
Presentable and polished personality
Ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals
Strong listening and consultative approach (not pushy selling)
Should have an eye for aesthetics and passion for design.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Lead Generation & Qualification
No. of new contacts/leads per month.
Quality of leads (budget alignment, readiness, seriousness).
Client Engagement
No. of client office visits / presentations arranged.
Feedback scores from clients (professionalism, clarity).
Conversion Support
% of leads successfully handed over to design team.
Contribution to signed projects (measured quarterly).
Relationship Management
Regular follow-ups and maintaining ongoing relationships with prospects.
Compensation
Competitive base salary (to attract polished professionals).
Performance incentives linked to qualified projects and successful conversions.
