Role Overview:
The Home Concierge serves as a trusted advisor and experience curator for high-net-worth individuals seeking second homes in Goa. This role goes beyond sales--it involves building emotional connections, offering strategic guidance, and ensuring a seamless and memorable property journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct personalized, appointment-led walkthroughs for HNI/UHNI clients
Understand individual buyer motivations--emotional, lifestyle, or investment-driven
Present luxury villas and land offerings through confident storytelling and visioning
Tailor client interactions to match preferences, pace, and expectations
Collaborate with CRM, Legal, and Project teams to ensure accurate, timely information
Maintain detailed follow-ups with emotional and factual recall
Build long-term relationships rooted in trust and transparency
Uphold a composed, informed, and respectful brand tone at all touchpoints.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
