Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to spearhead our business expansion in Goa. This leadership role demands a self-driven professional who can manage business development, client relationships, local operations, and team performance--while building Shirke's Ventures into a top-tier brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Launch, lead, and grow Shirke's Ventures' presence in Goa across all relevant verticals.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with real estate developers, architects, hospitality projects, and premium homebuyers.
Lead regional sales efforts--build a strong pipeline, convert high-value leads, and drive revenue targets.
Oversee operational execution for interior and infrastructure projects in coordination with central teams.
Build and manage a local team of business development and project execution professionals.
Monitor local market trends and provide regular insights to guide company strategy.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and project standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Architecture / Civil / Interior Design. MBA is a plus.
6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or operations--preferably in real estate, interiors, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong knowledge of Goa's property market and premium customer base.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Konkani or Marathi is an advantage.
Based in Goa or open to relocating.
