Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Manager for Mumbai who will lead the company's strategic growth initiatives in the region. This role is ideal for someone who has deep knowledge of the Mumbai real estate and interiors ecosystem and can build long-term business relationships with developers, architects, HNIs, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and brand presence for Shirke's Ventures in Mumbai.
Develop and execute city-specific business plans and strategies.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including real estate developers, architects, channel partners, and premium clientele.
Oversee sales and business development efforts for verticals like interiors, infrastructure, and real estate collaborations.
Lead client presentations, negotiations, and closures with high-value clients.
Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with the Pune HQ team for brand support, project delivery, and performance reporting.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence in service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in Business / Marketing / Interior Design / Architecture; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in Mumbai, ideally in real estate, interiors, or luxury sectors.
Excellent network and working relationships in the Mumbai real estate and interior design ecosystem.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
Willingness to travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
