Role Overview



The Business Manager - Maharashtra will be responsible for driving business growth, managing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational excellence across the company's verticals. This role requires a versatile leader with strong commercial acumen, team leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Maharashtra's diverse market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive revenue growth across all verticals.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels for expansion across Maharashtra.
Lead and manage a team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals across key cities.
Collaborate with brand managers to ensure alignment of regional goals with company objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, vendors, and clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and business KPIs, and provide timely reports to senior management.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to keep Shirke's Ventures ahead of the curve.
Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient execution of business operations across the state.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Graduate in Business Management / Marketing / Commerce. MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or regional management, preferably in real estate, interiors, or allied industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Ability to travel across Maharashtra as required.
