About the Role:

We are looking for a

Luxury Eyewear Sales Consultant

to manage customer interactions at a premium sunglasses outlet located inside Kalyan Silks, Calicut. This role goes beyond regular showroom sales and focuses on delivering a

high-end, personalised shopping experience

to a premium customer segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service to premium walk-in clients Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable luxury eyewear and sunglasses Explain product features such as lens technology, UV protection, frame materials, and brand value Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store aesthetics Handle billing, inventory coordination, and basic store operations Stay updated on latest eyewear trends, brands, and collections Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining service quality

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in premium showroom sales / luxury retail / eyewear / fashion accessories Strong communication and interpersonal skills Presentable, confident, and customer-focused attitude Ability to engage with high-value customers and understand their expectations Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in luxury retail, eyewear, fashion, watches, or accessories is highly preferred Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience Polished personality with a service-first mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
