A leading luxury client of CareerBricks is hiring polished and service-oriented Luxury Concierge & Client Experience Executives to deliver a premium brand experience to high-value customers. This role is ideal for candidates from hospitality, hotel management, aviation, luxury services, and corporate front-office backgrounds who enjoy providing personalized, high-touch service.
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction reflects elegance, warmth, and brand professionalism. Key responsibilities include greeting clients, understanding their preferences, assisting with product discovery, coordinating personalized services (appointments, gift recommendations, special packaging), and ensuring a seamless store experience. You will support store events, VIP visits, membership programs, and exclusive launches, working closely with sales, visual merchandising, and operations teams.
In addition to customer interactions, you will maintain detailed client profiles, track service patterns, ensure proactive follow-ups, and help create surprise-and-delight moments for repeat customers. Candidates should be well-spoken, well-groomed, confident, and comfortable engaging with premium clientele.

Requirements
Graduate in Hospitality, Aviation, Luxury Retail, or any discipline
0-3 years in luxury service, hotel, retail or client-facing roles
Strong interpersonal communication and polished presentation
Ability to maintain grace under pressure
Basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools
