Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Sales Conversion
Actively respond to incoming inquiries across Instagram DMs, WhatsApp (Interakt), and
Website Chat in a timely and professional manner.
Guide clients through the brand's collection, offering personalized styling advice,
product details, and pricing to drive conversions.
Achieve individual monthly sales targets by turning inquiries into confirmed orders.
Nurture relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat purchases.
2. Order Management & Operations
Manage the end-to-end order process: creating invoices, collecting payments, and
confirming orders with the client.
Coordinate with the inventory and dispatch teams to ensure products are packed and
shipped on time.
Track shipments and keep clients updated on their delivery status, proactively resolvingany delays.
3. CRM & Data Discipline
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM (Kylas), ensuring every lead is tagged, and
conversation notes are updated.
Follow up on "warm leads" (clients who inquired but didn't buy) to re-engage them.
Maintain a personal tracker of VIP clients to notify them of new launches or restocks.
4. Customer Experience & Support
Handle post-sales queries, including exchanges, sizing issues, or jewelry care
instructions.
Ensure every interaction reflects the luxury standards of the brand--polite, helpful, and
solution-oriented.
Gather client feedback and share it with the manager to help improve our products and
service.
Who You Are
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in online sales, customer support, or retail sales
(Luxury, Fashion, or Jewelry background is a strong plus).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You must
be comfortable texting/chatting in a professional yet engaging tone.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Instagram for Business, WhatsApp Business/Interakt, and
CRM tools.
Customer-Centric: You have a genuine passion for helping clients and a high level of
patience.
Organized: Able to handle multiple chats simultaneously without losing track of details
or follow-ups.
Sales-Driven: You are motivated by hitting targets and closing deals.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
