Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Luxury Car Sales Executive to handle sales, telecalling, and client coordination. The role involves engaging with potential customers, managing follow-ups, and delivering a smooth and premium buying experience in the luxury automobile segment.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound telecalling for sales enquiries
Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly
Maintain strong relationships with customers before and after sales
Collect, handle, and respond to customer feedback effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, insurance, and delivery
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities

Requirements



3+ years of experience in luxury or premium car sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in telecalling and lead follow-up
Good knowledge of luxury car brands and market trends
Customer-focused mindset with a professional approach
