Candidates need to have strong experience in Couchbase database backup and recovery.
Configure alerts, thresholds and monitoring Couchbase database.
Candidates need to have strong experience in DB2 LUW DBA database backup and recovery.
Configure alerts, thresholds and monitoring DB2 LUW DBA database.
Actively participate & drive major incident management troubleshooting calls and keep track of ongoing issues and be on top of it.
Identify automation opportunities, resource saves and process improvement avenues. Identify re-occurring issues, and make sure of proper root cause analysis and problem management.
Coordinate and collaborate with other stake holders for adopting new tools/utilities/features. Day to day Change, Incident Management, problem management and explore options for optimization/HA/process improvements.
Enhance observability dashboards & improve alerting
Good communication and learning skills
Good collaboration and inter personal skills
Experience in Linux shell scripting
Experience using Ansible, GitHub, Unix Shell Scripting, Python or Grafana is a plus.
