KEPL EPC INFRA , a Professional Electrical Contracting Company, has executed several E.H.V and M.V / L.V installations for a wide spectrum of industries for more than two decades. We are super "A" Grade licensed Electrical contractor (ESA 542) issued by the Electrical Licensing Board of the Government of Tamil Nadu

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.LT Panel GA Drawing. 2.SLD 3.BOM Preparation 4.BOQ Preparation 5.LT Panel Estimation.

creating detailed electrical schematics, panel layouts, and single-line diagrams for low-voltage panels, and accurately estimating the costs for materials, labor, and equipment

Design & Documentation: Develop detailed electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using CAD software like AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN. Create Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs) to show the overall electrical distribution. Generate General Arrangement (GA) drawings to show the physical layout of panel components. Produce system deployment documents like installation diagrams and field wiring checkout sheets. Estimation & Costing: Calculate busbar sizes and other component requirements based on design calculations and load analysis. Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs), which list all the required components. Estimate costs for materials, labor, and other resources needed for the panel. Analyze supplier quotations to secure cost-effective solutions.
