Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

to join our team and make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Individualized Support:

Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, helping them understand and complete tasks.

Classroom Assistance:

Support teachers in delivering lessons, preparing materials, and managing classroom activities.

Behavioral Support:

Implement strategies to promote positive behavior and assist in managing classroom dynamics.

Progress Monitoring:

Track and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.

Resource Preparation:

Help in organizing and preparing teaching resources to facilitate effective learning.

Inclusive Practices:

Foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
