Your future role





Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.



You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the maintainability and supportability of our railway systems, contributing to the overall performance and reliability of our solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, such as Rolling Stock, Components, Signaling, and Infrastructure teams, manage the workload of the LSA team, and ensure compliance with DFS targets, and much more.



You'll specifically take care of defining maintenance plans, spare part allocation, and LSA deliverables, but also validating support solutions and training toolkits.



We'll look to you for:


Identifying performance allocations in compliance with DFS targets Defining maintenance plans and designing LSA elements (MTA, LCC, LORA, RCM) Defining spare part allocations for first provisioning (LAI) Validating support solutions and associated maintenance documentation or training toolkits Capitalizing data in the central ISR repository (ILS PDM) Managing the LSA team, workload, and team sizing Overseeing LSA activities to deliver QCD commitments in coordination with the ISR Management Plan Writing the LSA Management Plan Ensuring technical interfaces with various teams (RAMS Architect, mechanical, electrical & system architects, sourcing, etc.) Ensuring DFS is correctly applied on Sub-Systems Managing the definition of the Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) in consistency with Design Engineering BOM definitions Elaborating maintenance plans and LCC calculations Managing relationships with sourcing for ISR requirement clauses Ensuring compliance between spare part consumption models and maintenance strategies Validating the content of technical maintenance documentation and training toolkits

Engineering University Degree or equivalent Specialization in Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) (desirable) 5 years of ISR experience in LSA Engineering (mandatory) Expertise in maintainability studies Familiarity with maintainability studies on railway equipment Experience in maintenance execution (desirable) Fluent in English Strong people management and communication skills Knowledge of ISR elements applicable to railway equipment (RAMS, LORA, RCM, LCC) Solid decision-making and critical thinking abilities Attention to detail and self-motivation Strong team player
