Roles and Responsibility


JD :


Work with AI automation team to validate the Contract obligations extracted by the AI
tool in line with the standard framework

• Provide feedback to AI team and assist them in improving the precision/accuracy
• Identify potential opportunities for fine-tuning AI model
• Training / OCM for Delivery teams:

• How to validate & identify missed obligations in AI machine output
• Training on Contract Obligation Governance and Fulfilment
• Enabling the Governance of declaration and fulfilment status
• Ensuring Data Quality

• Extract the obligations from the contracts, as per the framework for extraction defined
• Highlight the uncommon, high-risk and/or high attention obligations- call out the

hidden commitments, commitments which are difficult to implement/track, etc

• To review legal documents/contracts like SOW, MSA, NDA, etc and provide required

redlines including drafting of any particular clause.

• Collaborate and support regional legal teams on global documentation or remediation

projects.

• Provide gap analysis, red lining, summary of the transaction and client specific deviations

in negotiated agreements from standardized templates or against playbook/policy
manuals to identify discrepancies, escalation mechanisms and managing remediation
exercises.

• Create playbooks, SOPs and clause libraries as knowledge objects
• Qualifications for the role:

• 
  A law graduate from a premier law school in India
• Minimum 5+ Years in a similar role with a LPO
• Thorough knowledge of applicable laws and clauses in contracts/legal

documents

• Superior communication skills and be able to work comfortably with

business and management teams,

• Ability to interact and communicate effectively at a local, regional and

global level

• Competency in the use of technology, documentation management

systems and shared databases will be viewed favourably

• Able to communicate well and work in a cross-functional team to achieve

common goals

• Ability to identify and escalate issues timely and appropriately
• Comfortable working with metrics and data measurement systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines
