Job Summary



Our growing company needs a reliable, well organized and self-starter Loyalty Program Executive to drive loyalty programs run for business growth through loyal customers.

The incumbent must have a strong track record in managing loyalty program, positive attitude, a desire to work as facilitator to team, and have excellent client-facing communication skills. If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and you enjoy establishing your own organisational systems, we're excited to talk with you. We're looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and want to explore her/his true potential.

Roles and Responsibilities



Work closely with client to design and evolve loyalty program frameworks

Collaborate with internal teams for seamless program execution and system integration

Plan and execute targeted campaigns using digital channels; optimize through A/B testing and analytics

Monitor KPIs such as program adoption, participants engagement, and ROI alignment with business goals

Participant onboarding, smooth implementation of reward program and reward redemption partners

Ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction

Ensure adherence to DPDP privacy guidelines and implement fraud prevention mechanisms

Manage loyalty platform operations, financial reconciliation, and automation initiatives

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

Desired Experience



Proven 2-3 years of experience of running and managing mobile application based loyalty program.

Solution Orientation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Keeping pace with evolving loyalty technologies and benchmarking best practices

Navigating privacy regulations and ensuring data security

Desired Qualification



Graduate with excellent track record and communication skills.

Experience with client management and internal departmental communications

Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Friendly and professional behaviour.

Location:

Gurgaon, 20%-30% travelling.
