Director of Business Development

Looking out for smart Individuals who can lead projects from all arenas simultaneously; Someone who thrives in a challenging fast paced environment with short turnaround times. We seek someone with fresh ideas and an innovative approach towards building categories and leading them with complete ownership and authority.

As a New Business Leader, your role would involve the following:

- Driving client acquisition and driving scaling up clients

- Working closely with the clients to offer the best marketing solutions

- Working closely with the team to put the initial plans and pitches

- Tracking performance and working around achieving monthly/quarterly and annual revenue goals

- Taking lead on inquiries and offering appropriate solutions

- Develop PR with potential Event management companies, five-star Hotels and properties, and corporate clients to generate business

- Driving marketing and advertising promotional activities

- Ability to analyze results, plan for the future, make good decisions, and take responsibility

- Must have handled volume based deals, renewals, and retention

Key Skills/Experience:

- 8+ years of experience and exposure to Marketing sales and Business Development

- Any medium in Digital is a must

- Exposure directly to clients along with networking skills is a must

- Strong existing relationship with brands and brand owners
