Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Lounge Manager

to lead our

Inej Digital Executive Lounge, Vadodara

. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, exceptional guest experience, and effective team leadership in a premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring service excellence and adherence to company standards. Manage, train, and motivate the F&B and service teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution. Monitor lounge ambience, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. Plan and execute operational strategies to improve service efficiency and guest satisfaction. Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and administration teams for seamless operations. Manage inventory, cost control, and revenue tracking. Prepare daily reports and update management on operational performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field. 4-8 years of experience in Lounge/Restaurant/Hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Guest-oriented with a passion for premium hospitality. Proficient in MS Excel, reporting, and operational tracking. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and lead by example.
