Job Description

Key responsibilities

Staff and team management:

Supervising the front-of-house team and providing daily direction and briefings. Managing staff attendance and performance, including training and coaching. Allocating manpower to ensure optimal workforce utilization.

Customer service:

Ensuring guests receive personalized and seamless experiences. Acting as a point of contact for guest requests, complaints, and escalations. Providing information and assistance to guests.

Operational oversight:

Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety and security standards. Managing inventory and restocking supplies like food, beverages, and stationery. Coordinating with other departments to handle issues like flight delays.

Lounge environment:

Maintaining the lounge's cleanliness, comfort, and appearance. Ensuring the lounge is well-stocked with all necessary amenities.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
