Urgent Opening for Loss Prevention Manager Loss Prevention Manager Location: Mumbai :

• Advise Senior Management on Physical Security Issues and Loss Prevention Measures basis Risk Assessment and formulate Risk Mitigation Plans.
• Develop and execute an effective Physical Security Operations and Crisis Management strategy.
• Design and implement Supply Chain Security Programs and Safety programs for Warehouses and Transportation fleet. Perform Cost Benefit Analysis of New Technological aids and Recommend Management on the Security Technology Automation as Cost Optimization measures.
• Formulate and implement Loss Prevention Policies and Procedures.
• Conduct Risk Assessments, Formulate and update Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans, conduct table top exercises and training on Business Continuity.
• Detect and investigate cases of Potential fraud, Transporter Thefts, Shipment Missing and Shrinkages and institute process and preventive measures.
• Implement safety measures to ensure safe workplace environment across Offices and Warehouses and ensure compliance with OHSAS 18001:2015 standards.
• Formulate the Yearly Departmental Budget taking into consideration the future expansion and technological advancements planned.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate and solve external theft or fraud cases.
• Provide Physical Security and Loss Prevention operational support for Warehouses, Transportation and Logistics Network, ensuring readiness, throughout India.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: 9800,000.00 - 91,000,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Day shift

Experience:
