Key Responsibilities

Store Audits & Compliance

Conduct periodic and surprise audits across retail stores as per audit calendar. Verify adherence to SOPs related to sales, billing, cash handling, inventory, and store operations. Check statutory and internal compliance at store level.

Shrinkage & Loss Prevention

Monitor shrinkage levels and identify root causes (theft, process gaps, damages, billing errors, etc.). Analyze inventory variances and coordinate with store teams for corrective action. Recommend and implement loss prevention measures. Track shrinkage trends and submit regular reports to management.

Inventory & Cash Verification

Perform physical stock counts and reconcile with system inventory. Verify GRN, transfers, damages, and adjustments. Audit daily sales, cash deposits, card transactions, and UPI collections. Ensure timely banking and accuracy of financial records.

Reporting & Follow-up

Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, risks, and corrective actions. Follow up with store managers on closure of audit points. Maintain audit documentation and compliance records.

Process Improvement

Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements in store processes. Support training of store staff on audit findings and shrinkage prevention practices. Assist management in developing stronger internal controls.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Fashion retail: 3 years (Required)
Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred)
