Job Title: Senior Executive - Value Added Services (VAS)Location: MumbaiDepartment: Value Added ServicesReports To: Manager - Value Added Services/Business HeadRole Overview:As a Senior Executive - VAS, you will be responsible for driving sales and conversions for key student services such as accommodation, travel insurance, forex cards, international SIM cards, GIC accounts (for Canada), and more. The role demands a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with students preparing to study abroad.Key Responsibilities: Sales & Conversion:- Promote and sell a suite of value-added services to students going abroad. - Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for individual products and overall revenue contribution.Student Engagement:- Educate students and parents about the importance and benefits of these services. - Guide students on the right service based on their destination, budget, and preferences. Partner Coordination: - Coordinate with service providers for smooth fulfillment (accommodation partners, insurance firms, forex vendors, etc.). - Stay updated with latest offers, policies, and TATs from partners. Process & Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, and closures in CRM. - Share regular reports on performance, bottlenecks, and market insights.- Work closely with counselling, operations, and loan teams to pitch VAS offerings at relevant stages.
