Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on weaving machinery to minimize downtime. Monitor the performance of looms and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal product quality. Guide and train junior staff on machinery operation and maintenance procedures. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve technical issues in real-time. Prepare maintenance reports and documentation to track equipment performance and maintenance history. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and efficiency of weaving operations. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards during maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Diploma in Textile Engineering or a related field. Proven experience working with polyester and nylon yarn looms in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance practices and procedures for weaving equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per month
