Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused

Sales Manager

to join our Agency Channel team. The role involves recruiting and supporting insurance agents, generating business through them, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and activate new life insurance agents. Support agents in selling life insurance products to customers. Conduct joint field visits to assist agents in closing sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through agency network. Provide regular training and motivation to agents.
