Monitor and guide ABPs with regular reviews
Maintain MIS and ensure compliance
Analyze market trends for business opportunities

Proven experience in agency management or sales leadership in insurance
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Results-oriented with excellent planning and organizational abilities
Ability to motivate and manage a large team of agents
