Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers. Provide accurate information and resolve queries in a professional manner. Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs. Document interactions and update systems as required. Collaborate with the team and support process improvements.

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate (UG/PG) Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Comfortable with rotational shifts / night shifts. Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
