Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Vice Principal to support the academic and administrative leadership of our school in Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of school activities, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the professional growth of teaching staff. The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to uphold educational standards, manage student welfare, and drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning practices. With a focus on equity, inclusion, and student success, this leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the school's vision and culture. Preference will be given to female candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, empathy, and a commitment to educational excellence.
Responsibilities:

• Support the Principal in the overall management and strategic direction of the school.

• Oversee daily academic operations, including lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and staff supervision.

• Monitor student performance, behavior, and well-being; coordinate interventions when necessary.

• Lead staff development initiatives, mentor teachers, and conduct regular classroom observations.

• Ensure compliance with school policies, government regulations, and accreditation standards.

• Serve as a key point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and fostering strong home-school partnerships.

• Coordinate school events, extracurricular activities, and safety drills.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with institutional requirements.

• Promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and continuous improvement across the school community.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's in Education or School Leadership is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational institution.

• Proven experience in curriculum development, staff supervision, and student support systems.

• Strong understanding of child development, inclusive education practices, and educational policies.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams, and work effectively under pressure.

• Proficient in digital tools for administration, reporting, and communication.

• Commitment to equity, student-centered learning, and professional growth.

• Preference for female candidates as per organizational guidelines.
